With roots going back to 1985, when our founder began his first journey through the Amazon River, Manu Peru Amazon carries over three decades of exploration and guiding experience in the Peruvian rainforest. After settling in Madre de Dios in 1992 and becoming an official guide of the Manu National Park in 1998, this lifelong passion for nature evolved into a project that unites ornithology, botany, Amazonian cosmovision, and ecology to create meaningful travel experiences.

We work with local people and native guides, supported by experienced river pilots and 4x4 drivers who ensure safety and comfort on every route. Each expedition is small, responsible, and deeply connected to nature, focused on authentic wildlife encounters and real respect for the forest.
